Problems in CSF and Ophthalmic Disease Research

There has been significant interest and progress in the understanding of cerebrospinal fluid pressure its relationship to glaucoma other ophthalmic diseases. However, just as every physiologic fluctuates, (CSFP) is similarly dynamic. Coupling this with difficulty measuring pressure, there are many obstacles furthering field study. This review highlights some difficulties CSFP research, including compartmentalization, estimation equations, fluctuation. Keeping these limitations mind will hopefully improve quality context burgeoning field.
